The gas enters through an angled pipe, and based on the working principle of the sand separator where solid particles rotate rapidly, solids are removed from high-speed wastewater before further processing of the fluid. To prevent damage, scaling, and blockages to downstream equipment during operation, the entire well flow is sent into the sand separator vessel. Inside the sand separator vessel, separation occurs according to centrifugal force, buoyant centripetal force, and fluid resistance in the cyclone separator. The separated solid sand particles and a small amount of liquid are discharged due to gravity into a reservoir that allows for separation, depressurization, and flushing.
